Jata7 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting platform serving adult users in Bangladesh and other countries. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between Jata7 and the user.

Before using any Jata7 service, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that online betting is permitted under the laws of your country.

Each user may only register one account. If a single individual is found to be operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

Jata7 may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This may require you to submit a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if verification is not completed.

• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact Jata7 support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

Before placing a bet on Jata7, make sure you fully understand the rules and odds for the relevant event. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed, though Jata7 may consider exceptions in special circumstances.

In live betting, odds can change in an instant. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet will apply upon confirmation. If a bet fails to process due to a network issue, it will be considered void.

If a match is cancelled or postponed, the associated bet will be voided and the stake refunded. However, if a match has progressed beyond a certain point, the result will be determined in accordance with Jata7's own policy.

• Multiple bets can be placed together as an accumulator bet.
• Accounts may be subject to investigation if match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jata7 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• The use of betting software or bots is strictly prohibited.

Jata7 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Available payment methods are subject to change and will always be updated on the platform.

Deposits are credited to your account instantly. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours, though processing times may be longer if verification is still underway.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

• If identified as a minor.
• Attempting to exploit the platform's technical features dishonestly.

If your account is closed and your balance contains legitimate funds with no proven rule violations, those funds will be refunded. However, winnings derived from bonuses may not be eligible for return.

For any complaints regarding betting results, payments, or account matters, please contact the Jata7 customer support team first. We do our best to resolve all issues within 48 hours.

When submitting a complaint, include as much detail as possible — the date, time, event name, and transaction ID. This helps us resolve your issue faster.
